I am the type of coach who will take you sometimes outside of your comfort zone and tell you to enjoy a treat (did I mention, I love ice cream? 😉 ) You probably just thought, I must be crazy…right? (hahaha…it’s ok). I know not many coaches will say the same thing. To me, nutrition and wellness are so much more than a boring meal plan and hours spent at a gym. Let’s be honest: not many people like that. I LOVE great food and exercises that I enjoy. What do YOU like? What’s your favorite food? Do you have some sports that you enjoy? I bet, you do.

Nutritious food, healthy movement, adequate sleep, and stress management are not only fundamental to achieving a healthy weight but are critical to averting the chronic conditions that afflict so many people today. Stressing about finding time to workout or how and what to eat? Those things won’t help you to stick to your plan in the long term. I want you to realize that this can and should be an enjoyable path to achieve your success.

Before I became a health coach and personal trainer, I had struggles of my own.

I went from being underweight to overweight. I struggled with self-esteem and never felt truly happy. I tried a variety of diets and spent hours exercising, and I still wasn’t happy with my body.

After years of that craziness, I finally decided it was time to do something about it. I became personal trainer and yoga instructor, and later health coach. It wasn’t till then when I started to learn how proper balance between nutrition and exercising makes all the difference when it comes to reaching your goals.

My own experience turned into my passion and mission to help women achieve their wellness goals using sustainable methods and feel fantastic in their bodies. Together, we will develop an action plan based on improving lifestyle habits that lead to lasting improvement in health and well-being. You will feel more energized, happier, empowered, and you might notice your clothes are fitting much better. All these while working on your goals and lifestyle.
