Nutritious food, healthy movement, adequate sleep and stress management are not only fundamental to achieving a healthy weight, but are critical to avert the chronic conditions that afflict so many people today. It would be so easy to tell you ‘Here is your 7 day super fat loss’, take your money and move on….(just joking). This is not what I offer here.  As a health and fitness specialist, I help develop action plan based on better lifestyle habits that leads to lasting improvement in health and well-being.
